En este fin de semana intensivo vamos a explorar el movimiento como una vía para salir de la inercia, generar cambio y abrir espacio a lo nuevo.

La furia puede ser fuerza, impulso, energía, movimiento.
Una fuerza que, cuando podemos escucharla y expresarla corporalmente, puede abrir nuestra puerta creativa.
Porque somos parte activa de nuestra vida y tenemos la responsabilidad de crear nuestra realidad.
A través del Movimiento Vivencial Expresivo, exploraremos el cuerpo, la expresión, la creatividad y el movimiento como caminos de transformación.

During this intensive weekend, we will explore movement as a way to break out of inertia, create change and make space for something new.
